Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days for stocked items. Our jackets, coats and bathrobes are custom department made, ie, for sleeve and body length, we make these when orders come in, orders go into production when we rec. your desired finished length  from the measurement form we submitted. So the sooner  you get this back to us, the sooner we can get the made. Our average time for completion and delivery from the time we receive your confirmed garment length, can take us 1 to 3 weeks. During the holiday season we will inform you if longer.

If it is a custom design order ( CDO ) based on your design project, we will notify you of projected completion for shipment.
 

Shipments may be delivered on weekends depending at carrier discretion.

All Shipments originate from the USA.  Shipments are sent from our fulfillment warehouse in North Carolina. We add insurance to our shipping and handling.

For Custom Design Order ( CDO ), they are shipped insured and must sign for your design project. You will be notified  for shipping to make sure you are home to receive and sign.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipments are allowed to PO Boxes in most cases.  Restrictions may apply to larger items.Please tell us if UPS does not deliver in your area and UPS does not deliver to Post Office.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information via your email address we have on file. IF you do not want your order to be shipped by UPS, please let us know.

Customs, duties, and taxes  Adore – Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages Adore – Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team

 directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we are only shipping to locations within the United States.  

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at Adore – Designs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
